INTERLUDE

Well, I skipped July because it was just too G D hot!!! But here I am with three new drawings, all in the same main medium as I've been doing this year : Chinese ink on fabric. This is but a brief interlude because I'm working a lot on some sewn pieces which I will be showing in November, so the curtain will be closing again until the Fall when it will reopen again to put a spotlight on those new works.

Fenêtre vers le future (Window into the future)

AME - COEUR - ESPRIT (SOUL, HEART AND MIND)

I don’t know how my abstract drawings come about; I just start drawing line upon line and then the image emerges and evolves (sometimes into the trash…thank goodness, not too often)to a point where I feel the work is finished.

2019 - THE YEAR OF MIRACLES (DES MIRACLES POUR CETTE ANNÉE)

I don't know why, but I have a feeling that the forthcoming year will bring forth several miracles.

We’ll get back to each other next December to verify, but meanwhile let me show you my three most recent drawings :
