Over the next couple of months I would like to show you my new paintings, inspired from my trip to Bath, England this past August, where I visited the mineral hot springs in the beautiful and fascinating, still existing, Roman Bath Temple there . The theme I was already working on - "Waves and Water" - developed into the "Waters of Sulis" (Aquae Sulis) - the healing powers of the mineral baths, dedicated to Sulis, the Celtic "Seer" and among other attributes, "Healer".
These paintings are entitiled Elixir I, II, and II - they are in acrylic and ink on paper - they measure 36 x 53 cm.
